How to transfer a .kz domain from another registrar

If you already have a .kz domain registered with another registrar, you can transfer it to Unihost.kz. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1. Initiating the transfer

• Log in to your account: my.unihost.kz
• Go to Products/Services → Domains
• Click the Transfer
• Enter the .kz domain name and click Transfer

The system will check if the domain is available for transfer. Check the box next to the desired domain and click Transfer again.

Step 2. Filling in the data

• Fill in the domain owner's contact information
• Click Next
• In the "Server Hardware Location" step, specify:

Postal address: SEZ PIT Alatau
City: Almaty
Region: Almaty

Enter the confirmation code (Auth-code), which you will need to request from your current registrar. You will also need to remove the domain transfer restriction (if any).

Step 3: Selecting DNS servers

Specify your name servers. If you plan to use hosting from Unihost.kz, we recommend using our default name servers:

• ns1.unihost.kz
• ns2.unihost.kz

Click Add to Cart and then Activate .

What's next?

Once the application is submitted, the transfer process will begin. Wait for confirmation of the transfer from your current registrar. To expedite the process, you can contact your current registrar and request manual confirmation of the domain transfer.

Once the transfer is complete, the domain will appear in your list of services in your Unihost.kz account.
